Document Version Management

It is possible to expand FrameMaker with an Document Version Management Module.

Sabern has fully integrated the mostly used software for Version Management, CVS (Concurrent Versions System) in FrameMaker.

This means that FrameMaker contains advanced version management possibillities.

Some key features of the Document Version Module are:

• Adding new documents and projects is very easy
• Creating new versions can now be done in FrameMaker itself
• Support for XML, .fm and .mif files, and many other file formats like images and MS Word documents
• Possibility to add extra information for each version (metadata / tags)
