Webportal for the production of formatted documents

Publications Portal is a webportal to produce formatted documents automatically with predefined templates.

Marketing materials and publications can be produced via internet.
The system improves the workflow and to deliver data and format documents in a more efficient way.

The software uses Adobe InDesign server and InDesign templates, so that the formatting capabilities of the system are powerful.
InDesign on the desktop is used to make dynamic templates.

It is possible to input variable texts and images with a standard webbrowser. The system also has capabilities to upload spreadsheets or text files.

Many companies use the software to manage layout definitions and make available templates to format for example:
